Fantastic Hotel Near the MTR
great variety good food
The location is superb with the MTR station directly accessible. Many malls are connected so guests can find what they need. I loved the room and the cleanliness. There is also a water dispenser for warm water. The breakfast had a good variety of food and the food quality was good too!
I noticed the pool was closed. It would have been a great way to relax after a long day

The hotel staff reacted positively and efficiently arranged additional facilities for our meeting purposes. The guest service and bell service departments were really helpful! I was impressed by their responsiveness and willingness to assist.

There is convenient access to shopping malls and restaurants directly from the hotel. The hotel also has a diverse breakfast buffet with an very nice fruit choice. I enjoyed the city center view from the large room.

Excellent Stay Near Transport Hub
spacious room metro station nearby restaurants
The room offered ample space with a comfortable bed. The location next to the metro station allowed easy access to other areas. I found several restaurants a short distance from the hotel (very convenient).
The elevators experienced some delays, possibly due to outside guests using the dining facilities.

The room was spacious and well-equipped. It featured a comfortable bed. The furnishings in the room looked a bit aged (but generally acceptable), still providing a functional space.

helpful staff bus stop shopping center musty smell bottled water tap water
The staff were very helpful. It was great, the hotel was a short walk to bus stops and the subway station. I found this very convenient to travel around. The shopping center close TO the hotel was useful.
There wasn't bottled water in the room, I asked for some at reception. They told me to drink tap water as it was good, that isn't acceptable.
