The staff were very helpful. It was great, the hotel was a short walk to bus stops and the subway station. I found this very convenient to travel around. The shopping center close TO the hotel was useful.
There wasn't bottled water in the room, I asked for some at reception. They told me to drink tap water as it was good, that isn't acceptable.
